UNESCO-Philippine National Commission and Puerto Galera Officials Ink MOA for Biosphere Reserve

The UNESCO-Philippine National Commission and the Municipal Government of Puerto Galera (MGPG) signed a memorandum of agreement last May 15, 2024 for the Puerto Galera Biosphere Reserve.

The signing was graced by UNACOM Secretary-General Ivan Henares, PhD, Mayor Rocky Ilagan, Municipal Environment and Natural Resource Officer, Ms Joan Margarette Yap, EnP, and UNACOM Deputy Executive Director Lindsay Barrientos, EnP.
