The Philippine Delegation, headed by PH NatCom Secretary General Lila Ramos Shahani, attended the 11th Session of the Committee in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from November-December 2016. Our participation will hopefully strengthen our ability to nominate and protect our country’s intangible cultural heritage.
